Folkestone

Folkestone is a new apartment building in beautiful downtown Wayzata. Kellington’s carpentry crew was a part of the action to make this five story building divided into independent living, assisted living, memory care units, and care center units. Our crew consisted of thirty carpenters on any given day to abide by their aggressive schedule. The crew installed pre-hung doors, wood base, crown molding, chair rail, picture rail, cabinets, shelfing, window trim, fireplace mantels, and specialties. It was difficult receiving all material and dispersing amongst different living unit in sizable building. Kellington was able to navigate around the building and create a high-end living facility for the elderly.
