Hotel Ivy & Condos

Kellington played a key role in the completion of this twenty-five story, luxury hotel and condominium complex. With 136 hotel rooms and 80 condo units, Kellington installed miles of wood base with mitered returns throughout the spacious floor. We paid close attention when we installed modern wood paneling in the common areas. Kellington's carpentry crew placed elegant kitchen casework in every condo, making each unit feel like home. Lastly, Kellington's door and hardware crew installed over one thousand doors throughout the building.
