Dellwood Country Club

Kellington got to take part in the renovation and expansion of the Dellwood Country Club on both the demolition and carpentry. The facility received a refresh inside and out. A new bar was installed in the banquet room, the walls partitioning off the basement dining room were removed and replaced with wood screen walls to give a more open feel while still providing separation, and the member locker rooms were updated. The wood framed expansion provided the club with extra space for a new pro shop and a downstairs fitness space that includes a golf simulator. The project was split into phases and fit into a tight schedule during each phase. Our crews worked exceptionally to complete each phase in-between holiday parties and the start of golf/wedding season. During the course of construction, water damaged framing and sheathing was found in several areas that needed to be replaced or reinforced. This was a drawback, but our crews finished the project on time.
