When the Star Tribune moved their office location a couple years ago, Kellington Construction was fortunate enough to get in on the act. The new headquarters spans three floors in Capella Tower in Downtown Minneapolis. Our carpenters had to navigate uneven floors for setting casework and wood paneling sections that didn’t fit field conditions. The project included many wood framed openings, several cabinetry elevations, and wood paneling in multiple locations. One room included a trap door in the ceiling panels to allow access to equipment above.
