Rojo Rosedale

The Rojo restaurant chain recently took over the space of a former restaurant at the Rosedale Mall. Kellington’s demolition and carpentry crews were a part of the team to make this conversion possible. Our demolition crew removed part of the flooring and existing walls to make way for Rojo’s new design. Although, much of the existing wall paneling and ceiling elements were chosen to stay. We were careful to remove only what was necessary without damaging the items that were to remain. Our carpentry crew had to be conscientious while patching in trim and paneling to match the existing. As a finishing touch, we installed new transom windows high up on the walls and the wood bifold windows separating the restaurant from the main mall corridor.
