Kristi Froemming joined Kellington in April 2022, as Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Kristi earned her Bachelor's of Business Administration - Marketing from the University of Tiffin (Ohio). Prior to Kellington, Kristi has worked in various industries in both the public and private sectors.

Cody graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2015 with a degree in Civil Engineering and an emphasis in Structural Engineering. Cody first worked for Crown Castle as a structural engineer before finally residing at Kellington Construction.

Frank attend North Hennepin Community College and graduated with a 4 year construction management degree. After college, he went on to join the trades and gained 18 years of construction experience. In 2010, Frank joined Kellington's labor force where he worked his way up to Superintendent.

Tom attended St. Paul TVI where he received an Associate's degree in Cabinetry in 1984. Before joining Kellington in 1999, he worked as a cabinet maker for 16 years. Now, Tom supervises Kellington's carpentry division.

Allison graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2018 with a Master’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety. She started at Kellington in May 2018 as a Safety & Claims Coordinator until being promoted to Safety & Claims Manager in June 2022.

Ruth graduated from the University of Wisconsin Platteville with a degree in Industrial Engineering. She was a computer consultant for Kellington for over 12 years in the past. In 2020, Ruth started working full time with Kellington as a database designer before becoming a project engineer.
