Lunds & Byerlys Eden Prairie

Kellington’s carpentry and demolition crews were involved in this challenging project. Lunds & Byerlys was already in operation in the space and was committed to staying open during the remodel. This resulted in having to work some nights to complete the project. Also, lots of dust barriers hanging from the ceiling to minimize the spread of debris created by the construction work. The old pharmacy and restroom areas were demolished to make room for the new. A deck was built off the side of the store to provide a patio for the deli and Caribou Coffee patrons. Some of the management offices were also remodeled. All this work needed to be completed while being respectful of the Lunds & Byerlys employees and customers.
