Construction Project Coordinator
Kellington Construction is a small construction company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role works closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of construction projects
- Track project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Coordinate communication between construction managers/GCs, subcontractors, suppliers, and superintendents
- Maintain accurate project documentation and filing systems
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the project team
- Assist with procurement, contracts, and vendor compliance
- Process contracts and set up new jobs
- Order certificates of insurance for projects
- Order bid bonds, payment, and performance bonds
- Send out invitations to bid for upcoming projects
- Request and process submittals from subcontractors
- Upload plans and projects into Procore
- Obtain closeout documents for projects (O&M’s and warranties) as needed
- Perform additional administrative duties and assignments as requested/needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, project administration, or related role (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); construction software experience is a plus (Procore, Autodesk/Building Connected, Sage, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction processes, documents, and terminology
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
Work Location: In person
